Departures
On the day of your departure, please call Easy Parking on 07532 031590 when you are approximately 20mins away from Gatwick Airport. Good indications are if travelling from the North when you exit the M25 onto the M23 and if travelling from the South when you pass Pease Pottage Services.

Upon Arrival at Gatwick Airport

South Terminal Departures

1. Follow the road off the roundabout staying in the left hand lane (this is usually the busiest) and at the bottom bear right.
2. You will pass car rentals on your left hand side.
3. Then drive through two sets of pedestrian crossings and park-up either on the left or the right where your will see the passenger drop off signs.

North Terminal Departures

1. Pass the South terminal exit and follow the road round to your left staying in the left or middle lanes.
2. Drive past short term car parks and filter into the right hand lane and follow signs to flight arrivals staying in the cars only lane.
3. Drive down to the far end and park up on the left hand side. If you are running late please let us know and we will endeavour to arrange to meet you at departures instead

Please ensure you leave your car with enough fuel to cover a distance of roughly 50 miles. Failure to do so will result in a fuel Charge of £10 Minimum if we have to put fuel into the vehicle and recovery costs if on the journey to and from our secure compound.

We can also arrange your Easy Parking from your chosen hotel if required.

On return in order to reduce your waiting time, please call 07532 031590 as soon as you arrive back in the UK. It is advised that you do this before passport control (if you want to be discreet you can text us a message whilst you are in the queue).

You will then be asked to call us a second time once you have collected all your luggage and are through customs and on the concourse inside the terminal. After this second phone call your vehicle will be returned to your where you dropped your vehicle off. To assist Easy Parking in providing a prompt and efficient service please provide us with your return flight time of landing and not what time you would like your vehicle returned to you.

All our drivers can be easily identified by their Easy Parking uniforms with exception of the shift manager and your booking form.

Please do not leave your car unattended or with any personnel other then Easy Parkings as this may result in the vehicle being towed away or worse stolen.
